Personal interviews are conducted by our technical recruitment managers on the basis of the job description provided by our customers. The skilled and semi-skilled categories are also subjected to a trade test as per their specialization.

Skills and Assessment Testing:

Based on the questionnaire provided by the clients, our technical managers interview the applicants and verify the knowledge of the candidate in the specialty he has applied for.

Screening, assessment, and short-listing:

Screening, assessment, and short-listing of the candidates for the final interview are carried out by our highly experienced managers. The overall grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous experience, general knowledge, personality, and adaptability to the work environment. The candidates we have shortlisted are then presented to the employer or an employer’s representative for final selection.

Then we step forward to organize an interview. If you are overseas, we can still arrange an interview at your convenience. Additionally, we perform various background checks to ensure safety and efficacy. We also conduct training if needed in any case. We follow up with you to ensure immediate replacement when needed & we act as a communicator between you and the candidates
